Type of Claim: Client on a motorcycle claimed he was eastbound on Gravois when defendant pulled in front of him from a side street. Defendant claimed client was traveling at a high rate of speed, he drove into the side of her car, and failed to keep a careful lookout.
Damages: Fractured toe and avulsion fracture of tibia, soft tissue neck and back injury.
Medicals: $2,200.00, no lost wages. Plaintiff completely recovered to return to work.
Verdict: 5-18-95, Judgment for client for $35,500.00, ( last offer was nominal )
